This is my second purchase from auto’s of Texas and once again I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helped me find the perfect car. They answered all my questions and clearly laid out all of my financing options with no surprises. They walked me through all the features of my car and went over all of the maintenance that would be required in the future. They are very knowledgeable and even followed up with me after the fact to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and had no issues with the vehicle. Definitely refer anyone I know and will be back for my next car!

I found a used vehicle that I was interested in at this dealership. I read all the reviews about this dealership, and it is highly rated. I worked with “Sheryer” over the phone. “Sheryer” answered every question that I had and went above and beyond my expectations. He sent multiple photos, a video, and he drove the vehicle for me before I went to the dealership. Everything was accurately disclosed by Sheryer. My goal was to come to a financial agreement before I went to the dealership, and I was able to do that. The vehicle was immaculately clean, and mechanically sound. This dealership is on a very competitive dealership row in Tyler Texas and is working hard to serve customers and to create buyer loyalty. I was really impressed with Sheryer, the Manager on duty, and the entire dealership. The shopping and buying experience was terrific. They have a very large inventory of high quality used cars.

We purchased a vehicle from Autos of Texas in Tyler, TX. The salesman who sold us the car was nice and helpful during the purchase, which is the only reason for the two stars. Unfortunately, less than 30 days after buying the car, we started having multiple issues. When I called the dealership to ask for help, I was told that the car was the cheapest one they had and that there was nothing they could do. That response was disappointing, especially so soon after purchase. I understand buying a used car comes with risks, but some level of support or concern would have gone a long way.
