I had a great experience at Baja Texas Auto buying a truck for my son, who will be turning 16 soon. Basil was an excellent salesman—friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Tim, the owner, was also great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. The truck looks great, runs great, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. My spouse and I purchased a Silverado from Baja a couple weeks ago. We both found the staff to be super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Baha and his team explained a lot of their process and I feel we came to a fair agreement. They've also checked in with me to ensure there haven't been any issues with the vehicle. Super great experience! Took the time and talked with me through every question, worry and everything. Is every car on the lot great? No, but they know this and was open and honest about every car in their inventory. Walked me through each step and made my decision very very simple. This dealership rocks! We looked at a vehicle, they noticed that the tires were a little worn because it had just been brought in, and immediately ordered brand new tires before we even decided we wanted it. They made sure we were completely satisfied with every bit of the process and never pushed us. I am recommending them to my family from now on!
