Everything start out well. Jaun and Carlos were friendly and helpful. Then things changed, the 45 minutes we were told it would take due to a cash sale took nearly 3 hours. We had pups at home needing to be cared for which we told them. Most of the wait they were nowhere to be seen. We were promised a second fob then later they ask for us to pay half. Because the deal was closed now they didn't owe us a second fob. Only after I threatened to contact corporate office and leave a bad review. They sent a locksmith to make us a fob. So now I guess I can say I'm happy with things.

Had a great experience purchasing our vehicle here. Jay was an awesome salesman and really took the time to work with what we were needing and looking for. He was attentive, listened to our concerns, and made sure all of our questions were answered quickly and clearly. The whole process felt smooth and never rushed. Roy was also a huge help when it came time for the contract. He explained everything thoroughly and gave great recommendations for GAP and additional coverage for the car so we could make the best decision for our situation.
