I just wanted to let others know about my experience with Higgins Auto Parts. Back in October 2025 I called Higgins directly to inquire about a subframe for my Toyota Sequoia that I saw listed on ebay. Like most salvage yards on ebay they don't show you the actual part and when you ask for a photo they tell you we are too busy for that. I got Garrett on the phone. I explained to him that I would like to see the condition of the part prior to buying and that I am a serious buyer and if the parts condition meets my liking I will immediately purchase it. Especially this part in particular. This part is big heavy and costly to ship and I don't want to a gamble on what someone considers a grade A part. Garrett understood my concern and within 15 minutes he sent me a picture a quote and the deal was done. Since the transaction went very smoothly I saved Garrett's cell #number in case I needed his services again in the future. I needed a charcoal canister for my Toyota Sequoia and a second transaction was done in early December 2025. Again it went smoothly. Some light texting and pictures and again another successful purchase. He even price matched a competitor. Both parts are A+ condition. I live in New Hampshire and decided to go to the west coast to obtain parts due to the heavy road salt use where I live. Most used parts around here have heavy rust on them. What I am most happy with is I developed a personal relationship with Garrett/Higgins Auto parts. Feels like I have a personal concierge for my parts needs and I feel Garrett gets me. Looking forward to future transactions with Garrett of Higgins Auto Parts I have attached photos of the parts purchased/received. A light coat of frame paint and the subframe looks like new again

Great customer service from Mary. Picked up a warranty on my Nissan frontier transmission works as advertised. Will definitely be back for future business

OEM hood risen from the grave! I had an issue completing my order online, so I placed it over the phone with Mary. Prior to shipping, Higgins employees noticed the hood was not in the condition stated online. Mary relayed this information to me with pictures to confirm that I wanted to continue with the purchase. I really appreciate the honesty, responsiveness, and customer service from Mary and staff. She applied a credit to my purchase to reflect the actual condition of the part and shipped it the very next day. Shipping was reasonable and saved me the trip to pick it up myself. Thank you Higgins, and thank you, Mary! The hood fits like a glove and looks great after the dent repair and paint. I'm having trouble uploading a picture, but I promise you they sold me a quality oem part at a fair price.

General manager, Juan Fernandez did a phenomenal job helping me today. We’re getting this taken care of. They all started at 9 o’clock this morning when I arrived in my little Camry asking for the purchase of the door, they brought it to me quick after I pre-ordered the day before Washed it up, and even assisted me with installing it an making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The part was exactly what I needed. An looked exactly how they showed it online. The part was in storage for more then a year an is in mint condition. They helped restore my dodge Durango SRT 392 . They deliver parts to multiple different auto parts store so when you need something check here first most likely they sell to your first thought place to get parts. Check them out even if your not in Cali let alone in Bakersfield

We have made many purchases over the years at Higgins and have always had a positive experience. The staff at Higgins, in particular Tim and Shawn, are the best parts people I have ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable, friendly and well educated about parts that cross over to different vehicles.
