⭐️ One star, only because they refunded our money. We were told this truck had no major issues. Unfortunately, within one day of delivery, it became undrivable. After seeing it in person, we noticed several serious problems that weren’t apparent in photos: visible hail damage, signs of prior body work despite a clean Carfax, mismatched paint, and inconsistent panels. The emissions-related check engine light had been cleared before delivery. After about 30 minutes of driving, it came on and stayed on, requiring major repairs. The front tire was leaking from an old patch, there was no spare or jack, and we were told everything was fine. It wasn’t. We were facing significant repair costs just to drive safely. We asked specific questions and relied on the information provided. Important issues were not disclosed or fully explained before purchase. To their credit, they did issue a full refund, which we appreciate and is the reason for one star. The staff member we worked with was polite. However, this experience was stressful and avoidable. I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection and extended test drive before buying here.

A friend of mine ordered a vehicle from this dealer and after it was delivered the CEL came on the first time they drove it. They looked on the scanner to see if the code had ever been on before and behold it had been on and then cleared. There was a lot more body damage than what was disclosed as well as mismatched paint. Luckily my friend got their money back but I would be very cautious when dealing with this dealership knowing that they clear check engine lights.

Drove all the way to them from San Antonio, just to have our time wasted. They didn’t disclose a lot that was wrong with the truck and you could tell they knew. Don’t waste your time with these salesmen. You could tell that they knew about it all.

I bought a van through North Texas Direct and had it shipped to a facility to have it upfitted for my business. I received the van 3 months later and saw there was body damage to the vehicle that was not advertised in the ebay ad. Michael called and apologized and made things right. He kept his word. This is how a car dealership should be ran!

Found this dealer online, went to visit, and was wonderfully surprised by the service. David was great to work with. We told him what we wanted, he got it, test drove the vehicle, found some issues and he addressed them without any hesitation. Actually, he told us he would fix them before we even asked. No back and forth, no "let me see what my manager can do", none of those car dealer games. Just an easy buying experience with knowledgeable staff. We will be buying from him again.
