I just want to say I am so blessed that Brandon sales Associate helped me I give him 10 stars. He is so nice, understanding, patient and all around great he got me an awesome deal on a 2015 Ford Explorer. I love my car so much, it’s exactly what I was looking for Thank you so much for everything your awesome!

I would strongly recommend that nobody purchase a vehicle from Mi Tierra Auto Sales. This dealership is extremely unprofessional, misleading, and predatory toward its customers. At the time I purchased my vehicle, I was told they were “understanding” and willing to work with customers if they ever needed extra time on a payment. After consistently making all of my bi-weekly payments on time, I informed them that I would only be 5 days late on one payment. Instead of showing any understanding or professionalism, they were completely unwilling to offer any accommodation whatsoever. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful during the entire interaction. I attempted to speak with a manager regarding the way I was being treated, but I was hung up on. To make matters worse, the employee refused to provide their name when asked. This dealership clearly does not honor the promises they make to customers when selling vehicles. Their behavior is dishonest, aggressive, and entirely unprofessional. I honestly would not recommend Mi Tierra Auto Sales to my worst enemy. If you are considering buying a car here, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else that values honesty, professionalism, and customer service.

I had a great experience working with Luis. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was very patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything clearly. Most importantly, he helped me find a great deal that matched exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience.
