We had a 5 star experience! I began the process online. Uploaded documents and filled out all my info. This helped the process go quicker. Mark was our sales representative y he was AMAZING! CarMax’s online estimate was on the money and honored at the dealership. No hassle or fuss about the price. I happily recommend CarMax to anyone who is interested or needing to sell their vehicle - fast. Just be prepared to wait for a bit as all of the paperwork gets done.

I love getting my cars at CarMax. Their online signing and express pickup made things SIMPLE! I only had to sign a few pages (required to be in person signature), make my down payment, and I was done. The whole process took about 30 minutes. My salesman, Mark C. was great as well. I will definitely send anybody getting a car to him.

Overall GREAT experience. From the online pre-approval to the express pickup, there were no issues. The service department can improve a bit with communication. My car ended up staying overnight at the dealership, after I was told the repairs and inspection would take half a day. I didn’t know it needed to stay until half an hour after the service department closed. Other than that, all went well and I will be a returning customer! Shout out to Eddie in sales! Hope to work with him again on the next car!

Super easy process. I waited maybe 5 minutes to see an advisor. They asked a couple questions, took a look at my vehicle and within 20 minutes I had a more than fair offer. It was even about $3000 more than what GivemetheVIN.com had offered me. GMTV definitely low-balled me and CarMax restored my faith in the car sales industry.
