We drove in from Elgin and had a really good experience overall. Our salesman was a 10/10—super helpful, patient, and made the process smooth. The manager also went out of his way to help us get approved for a family vehicle, which we truly appreciated. We’ve never had that happen at another dealership. Unfortunately, on the drive home we ran into issues with the vehicle and had to send it back. We were without our truck for about a month, which was definitely frustrating—but to their credit, we got it back better than ever & even was able to lend us a loaner. The only downside was communication during that time. We tried reaching out to our salesman for updates and didn’t hear back, which left us feeling a bit in the dark. Later we found out he was no longer working there, so better communication or a follow-up from the team would have made a big difference. Overall, still a SUPER SOLID experience and we’re grateful for the help we received—just hoping communication improves for future customers when issues like this occur!

My husband finally found 'the' car! We brought our daughter along, and the team made the family experience very easy. Huge thanks to Ali for being so attentive and professional while my husband checked everything from the engine to the exterior. He’s thrilled with his new ride. Great experience all around!

Yazan was amazing. We came in no appointment and had a very tight budget for my college student. He could have very easily dismissed us, but him and Torrick work with us. We needed to pay cash due to personal circumstances and they were able to get my student into something reliable, with safety features.

I would genuinely give this place six stars if I could. From beginning to end the process has been great. They worked really hard to get me into a great car at a great price. Everyone came across as very trustworthy and very helpful people. I purchased a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan and when I took the car in to do an oil change I was told the hood couldn’t open. I called the dealership and they told me to immediately bring it in and they would fix it for free. They have earned a customer for life.
