⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 Stars I bought a Subaru Outback from this dealer hoping for reliable transportation. What I got instead was a full-time hobby, several AAA tow trucks, and a crash course in automotive disappointment. From day one, the promises sounded great. Unfortunately, the car seemed determined to visit every repair shop in Wisconsin. I’ve dealt with repeated breakdowns, major mechanical issues, safety concerns, and repair after repair. At one point the battery boiled over while driving, there were wheel installation issues that made me question whether the lug nuts were installed by a mechanic or a blindfolded raccoon, and I spent more time in loaner vehicles than in the car I actually purchased. Every time I thought the problems were finally fixed, something else would break. I used so many AAA tows that I should have been getting Christmas cards from the tow truck drivers. The most frustrating part wasn’t even the vehicle, it was the constant excuses, finger-pointing, and promises that never seemed to match reality. The owner and his “mechanic” always had another explanation, another story, another reason why the latest issue wasn’t really an issue. When a customer buys a vehicle, they expect transportation. I apparently purchased a mobile stress test. The financial cost has been significant, but the emotional toll has been worse. Missing work, worrying about getting stranded, and wondering if my family would make it home safely isn’t something any customer should experience. If you’re considering buying here, bring a mechanic, a tow truck, a backup vehicle, and possibly a therapist. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone. The photos are just an example of one of the “repairs” they did on my exhaust… where’d the Catalac converter go you ask??… nobody knows this is how it was returned to me one of the times. They also can’t find my bill of sale or any records for my vehicle, I was told by the owner I would have a 6 month warranty… the warranty never existed the warranty company says. The car needs a new engine this place is the worst and the owner is a snake. May the odds may be ever in your favor if you choose to go here.

My experience with Best Auto and Tires was a good one. Gabe was helpful and patient with me because I experienced resistance(s) on my end. I much appreciated that from Gabe. I gave four stars out of five because I do not want anyone relaxing on their work if they get five stars. We have a tendency not too work as hard after with get a high ranking.

Best service I have ever experienced. It was better than going to a big dealership. The owner went above and to make sure that the the vehicle had all the working amenities. He even paid extra to get the factory radio put back in, before I purchased my vehicle. So that the back up camera worked. He called me frequently to provide updates. Also gave me some perks at the end of sale. I am very satisfied with the purchase and service from Best Auto. I will be recommending to my family and friends that don't want to go into finance or lease
