I bought my 2015 Tlx here. Been 7 months now. Prices was really great considering it was the advance package. The car needed brakes and rotors. Told me bring the car back the next day. True to their word they took great care of me. 5 starts because 1 they don’t pressure you. 2 they don’t hide anything from you. Everything is on Carfax and up to date. I talked to Mohammed and he said he hand picks every car. And I believe it cause in those 7 months I owned my Tlx all I did was keep up with oil change and put new tires. The car really didn’t even need tires but I just wanted all new tires cause snow was coming. I bought my car October 2025. And I’m the second owner Of the car. I’m currently looking for another car right now with them. Almost forgot. The process was so fast I test drove the car, put my down payment and 30 mins later I was driving my new car. I’m a mechanic so I’m really picky. I can tell the car was well taken care of. The motor was extra clean. No ticks no noise. Thanks again. Can’t wait till they find me a bmw I want. Paint on the Tlx is so clean. Mirror finish. I can see a perfect reflection of my other car next to the Acura I bought from them. Just look at the pictures. Looks like no one even ever sat in the car. The outside and interior is in perfect condition

I bought a 2018 ram 1500 from these guys about a year ago. Everything seemed great come to find out they lie and make you believe the best. I was going to trade my vehicle in for a newer truck and found out that it was a total loss vehicle, which, is required to be disclosed for any dealership in the state of Wisconsin. They should not have a license to sell to genuine people because of this. The carfax was never shown and when I asked if it had a clean history nothing was said. These people do not care about you they will chew you and your money.

Hello customers. If I could give this company any stars . I would rate and give them a zero. My family bought a.vehicle from this dealership last year in the summer. Please be aware when you set a deal with this company. They're not reliable and lie about the inspection sticker they post on the vehicles. There was an oil leak in the vehicle and a recall in which the owner never made us aware. About a year ago my family took the vehicle back to this dealership because when we had it parked in our yard. We could smell a strong odor coming from the vehicle that was sold by this company .A few weeks later we took it in. The vehicle we had didn't even last us a month. Long story short when the vehicle was parked adjacent to the owners business. While my brother was in there advising the owner about the strong smell coming out of the vehicle. The car my brother bought from this dealership on Burnham catches on fire, while it was outside of his business. Therefore, on that same day my brother calls me on my cell phone and informs me about the total loss of the vehicle. My brother and along with mother purchased a vehicle from this company. This dealership as I mentioned is not truthful to their word. They're known to give several names and if you try to take them to court. This business ends up winning their case knowing they have many wrong doings. Please make sure that you're not tricked by the several owners they supposedly have when you take them to court. As we were given a name on the contract, which then turned out to be someone else. It is how they'll get you in court. My mom also gave the so called owner a down payment in which she never received any of it. If you're wondering he not only received money from the insurance company, but ended up keeping my mother's down payment as well.The owner had nothing to lose as he was given money for the loss of the vehicle including my mother's down payment. Instead, of giving it back to her when the vehicle caught on fire. He gave her the round around and she never got her money back for the down payment.. I mean who does that to a person or someone's mother.. It's not like he didn't get his money from the insurance company. Please make sure that if you do make business with the owner that you ask them for the correct information. As they're known not to rectify their mistakes, trickery and wrong doings. Also, there was another person that had a similar situation as ours. In which, he specified on the reviews that the inspection sticker on the vehicle didn't inform him either about the oil leak the vehicle had. He took the vehicle back to the dealership as he was facing numerous oil leaks with the vehicle purchased from this business. I can relate to his frustration as this also happened to my family. This business really needs to inform every customer, especially if a person is interested in one of there vehicles in their lot about their malfunctioning cars. It's a shame that a company who we put our trust in does this to our families. I wouldn't want this to occur to anyone. Your best bet would be to shop around before you settle for a company and scope them very closely before you spend your money. We just found out that our case was dismissed in court after a long year of patiently waiting. They knew all along that their business was going to come out ahead, as they're probably used to doing this to other people. Please don't fall for this company as they won't be truthful or loyal to their word. I hope this experience we had with this business assists anyone who is interested in doing business with them.
