I recently purchased a used BMW X5 M from BMW San Francisco, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Fred, the manager, was outstanding to work with. He was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure the process was smooth and transparent. There was no pressure at any point, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and making sure you leave confident and happy with your purchase. The finance manager was also extremely kind and pleasant to work with. Even though I regretfully don’t remember her name, she made the financing process easy, clear, and stress-free. She explained the paperwork patiently and made sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Buying a performance vehicle like the X5 M can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team at BMW San Francisco made it enjoyable and straightforward. I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend Fred and the BMW San Francisco team to anyone looking for a new or used BMW.

Huge shout out to bmw of sf for being the best bmw dealer in nor cal, we drove hour + each way to go to sf for our new bmw, it was definitely worth the drive. Our car of choice was waitin out front for us We were greeted by our sales person Thomas, he showed us similar cars to the one we picked out over text with him to make sure we loved what we got. All the numbers lined up perfect with all the information that was provided by Thomas as well. I also attempted to reach out to 4-5 other bmw dealers in nor cal, none of them would provide numbers or information over the phone/text. I even called one dealer three times in one day to get an update, they simply showed no sign of urgency. BMW of SF has earned my family as a life time customers, we will recommend them to all of our friends and family as well. The process was very quick, and professionally handled, at no point were we wondering what’s going on. The General Manager Jim came out to congratulate us on our purchase as well. The finance manager John was very informative of everything as well, he answered all of our questions and really worked with us. Glad we drove out to bmw sf, they are definitely the best.

We worked with Alex P for the lease on X1, and he has been an incredible person to work with. He took really good care of our preferences right before we started exploring our options, always recommended features that we actually needed and would use, and kept things extremely transparent. The prices are competitive with other dealerships across the Bay Area and the team is easy to work with. Love my car, and don’t regret the decision! ❤️

I came to pick up my car after calling ahead to check if it was ready; I was told to come and get it. Now I’ve been waiting here for two hours—no one has apologized, and a manager just came out and told me to be patient. No one can say if or when it will actually be ready. Basically, you risk wasting precious time here—time that dealerships like this simply don't value.

Recently picked up my 2027 M3 from here. Had the pleasure of working with Michael Tow. He was absolutely great with his communication and him being a car enthusiast was a plus too. Would 100% recommend him for business here.
