Chris Gross runs an easygoing and low-pressure, yet extremely helpful and professional, broker service. The result is that BuySide Auto provides the exact opposite of the stressful and obnoxious experience of most dealerships. Chris and his associate Kim worked hard to get us a car quickly after our last car was totaled. They assisted us with every step of the process and went above and beyond with paperwork and vehicle delivery. They also answered questions promptly after the transaction was complete. Chris and Kim both derive a lot of pride from helping customers. We will contact them again for our next car.

I had an awesome experience with Roadster. They found me a great deal on exactly the car I wanted. Their price was better than the best internet quotes I had received, and they also got me a very good price on my trade-in. The Roadster team were great - great communications, quick responses to any questions, and did exactly what they were supposed to. It was awesome to not have to deal with the pain & high-pressure sales tactics of a dealership. Having my new car delivered to me at work was icing on the cake!

Excellent service. Got very unpleasant experiences while trying to get a very specific model with dealers. After using the website, Kim reached out to me very quickly, found the exact model and negotiated a good price. The experience took roughly 4 days and was incredibly smooth. Any other purchase I ever need to make it will for sure be with BuySide Auto!
