When it came time to sell our Mini with a manual transmission, we decided to sell it to Carmax in Pleasant hill after they gave us a very fair offer. When we dropped it off, the people at Carmax couldn’t drive the car because it was a manual transmission and after making us wait well over an hour, they tried to renegotiate the price down $2000 even though the condition was superior to what they were expecting. Obviously, we had some heated words and we walked out. Don’t ever go there. In the meantime, we received a quote from Carvana and although it was a long drive from our house, we decided to take it there because they seemed to appreciate the car and its features. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes and the entire process was surprisingly easy and pleasant. Processing paperwork was fast and payment for the car was also instant. I would definitely buy a car from this dealership in the future and I’ll certainly consider selling here again if it ever comes up. 100% Michael Delehanty Compass Real Estate

The service was phenomenal! I’m not kidding either, I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get my 2024 Nissan Altima! The car is beautiful and low miles at a great price! The person helping was nice and even recommended a good lunch spot. Ps the food was good too anyways 10/5 stars

I recently completed a trade-in and purchase at the Daly City location. There were a few hiccups initially - I was unable to make my originally scheduled appointment, and then there was some difficulty with the digital paperwork - but Reese went above and beyond to help sort everything out. The extra level of customer service was really appreciated and Carvana will be at the top of my list when it comes time to look for a new car again.
