The Royal Motors Sales team is great! Within two days, Moazzem, Arsen and Peter worked with me to find just the car that I needed and wrap up the sale. Update: I loved my 2023 CX30so much I went yesterday and got the 2025 version! Thanks again to Joe G and Yakov for making car buying an enjoyable event! I am a customer for life!! The most amazing sales team! Masoud and Joe were the best! They made me feel loved ke family from the moment i came in!! I strongly caution anyone against purchasing a vehicle from Royal Auto Group of San Francisco. When I bought my car 2 1/2 years ago, they assured me it was a Certified Pre-Owned Audi in excellent condition. They provided a Carfax report showing minor damage, which they dismissed as insignificant. However, they completely failed to disclose the true extent of the car’s history and the severe damage it had actually sustained. Now, as I try to sell the vehicle, I’ve discovered that CarMax and all other dealerships have refused to purchase it due to the extent of the damage. Every major reporting agency now lists the vehicle as having severe damage, significantly devaluing it. Despite this, Royal Auto Group had no problem selling it to me while claiming it was a Certified Pre-Owned Audi. To make matters worse, they are not even a certified Audi dealer, which makes their claim of selling me a Certified Pre-Owned Audi completely false and deceptive. Their lack of honesty and integrity is appalling, and I feel deeply misled and taken advantage of. If you’re considering buying a car from Royal Auto Group of San Francisco, think twice. Do not trust anything they tell you—get everything independently verified by a trusted third party. I regret ever doing business with this dealership and hope others can avoid the experience I’ve had.
