I had a great experience at San Francisco Honda. Giancarlo Cruz was very friendly, professional, and helped me with everything throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable while looking at my options. I was able to get a 2026 Acura Integra Urban Gray Pearl, which was an amazing car. Giancarlo Cruz was patient, and never made me feel pressured. I highly recommend asking for Giancarlo Cruz if you’re looking for a vehicle. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I would recommend and will be recommending Sf Honda to anyone who is looking to purchase a very good reliable vehicle. The staff was amazing. Wing sold me my car actually my second car and as usual beyond pleasant to work with. Here on my second purchase Terry the manager also stepped in with my purchasing process. He was also amazing and pleasant. I really appreciate every interaction that I had with all the staff all the way down to financing. I highly recommend SF Honda. Thanks again

I leased (technically on behalf of my mother) a new 2026 Honda Civic sport Hybrid from San Francisco Honda Dealer and the experience working with them was great. Wonderful customer service, willing to help and answer any questions we had and get us through the process in a way that was not only comfortable, but very low pressure and incredobly transparent. It helps that I know enough of how to navigate the process. We worked with Van and James and they were both responsive and receptive to feedback. Van is a very no-nonsense kind of guy and I appreciate that. He made the process seamless and easy. Even when issue came up and discrepancies arose due to the speed at which the deal was executed (we had a very tight window), they made it right and exceeded expectations on every front. Got the price point we wanted, for the right car and trim level. No BS. No hassle. No up selling. The car was delivered to the house by James, and he brought all the necessary paperwork and technical details with him to get the delivery done efficiently. They made it a very smooth transaction, and he helped my mom learn about her new car. James was very pleasant, professional and very happy to help in any way.
