Phil and Eldos, especially Eldos worked with me to give me a great first-time experience with buying a car! Very straight forward, no hoops I had to jump through, both of them were very professional, and I’d be happy to get another car at San Francisco Toyota. Eldos was the salesman on the floor who knew how to drive manual and took me out in the GR86 I was looking to purchase. He was very patient with how I drove and knew every detail about the car. Phil was the first man I met at San Francisco Toyota who welcomed me in and pointed me in the direction of Eldos. Both very exceptional men. Hats off to Eldos and Phil!

I was in need of a car, because my current car has been problematic lately and I did some research for something very reliable and the choice was Toyota. This place was recommended to me by some close ones of mine and told me to look for William since they have bought their vehicles through him. So I said heck yeah and made an appointment with him for a in person visit. Upon arrival, William was a bit busy assisting the customers that arrived before me, but that does not bother me since I am a very patient person. I began browsing around their shop to see what would fit me. All of their vehicles are mostly unlocked where you can get in and see if it is the one you like and if it is locked you can simply ask one of their employees where they will unlock it for you. I had a couple of cars in mind that I wanted to see and test drive. Their inventory is filled with many great options to choose from that will fit your budget. When I was there they had many suvs, mini suvs, sedans, hatchbacks, pickup trucks and even a couple of Supras in stock. Finally, I was greeted by William, fleet manager, and told him exactly what I wanted. He brought around a few cars for me to test drive. Since he was busy at that time, I was able to test drive the cars on my own. The choice was clear and I told him which one I will get. I was seated at his station and he began to process the paperwork. I explained to him I am willing to purchase it and pay it off right away which he said is fine, but sadly I was not able to get it the same day since their service station was closed and were unable to clean the car to brand new. He told me to just come back the next day and it should be good to go. I was not mad, but more on the excited side and acknowledged, because I know great things take time. I came back the next day in the afternoon and was given some good news right away. William told me the car has been cleaned and washed and is up in the front. The process for the paperwork and purchase took a few hours since many people were purchasing cars that day. I just stood by patiently and was extremely happy since this is my first time buying a brand new car from the dealership. My experience here was definitely a great one thanks to William who is very welcoming, well trained, professional and understanding where my visits were a satisfying and issue free one. I highly recommend San Francisco Toyota and William to anyone who is looking for a reliable and new car, he will explain every detail, pro and cons of each model to you. I will definitely be back for another purchase in the future!

Two months ago, I purchased my first ever vehicle (a used Tacoma) from this SF Toyota and worked with mainly with Larry Lim and some with Donald Hong. My situation was very unique: I live in another state, was getting the car shipped directly to CO, and had CA credit union financing. So there was this 4-way communication going on between different parties. Despite the complicated situation, they knew exactly what to do at each step with CU financing, shipping out of state, getting a CA registration waiver since I was registering the car in CO, among other steps. They were extremely respectful, timely, efficient, and most importantly, honest, all of which I really appreciated granted that it was my first time buying a car, and over the phone nonetheless. Additionally, Larry had vacation planned halfway through the process, but communicated this with me. I could still email/text him and receive an answer within a short amount of time despite him being halfway around the world. I usually don’t write reviews but wanted to write this one since my experience was superb. If I was to buy another car, it would be from them. Even being in CO, I would spend the extra time and money buying from Larry, Donald and the team at SF Toyota because I know that I’d be getting a great experience.

Such a great experience with this dealership! Have bought two cars from them now, and the purchasing process has always been seamless. Recently purchased a 2026 Rav 4, and everything went so smoothly. Ryan Dong was extremely kind, communicative, and prepared. Made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to buy a Toyota. I absolutely love my new baby. Thank you!!
