My initial review was (Jeremy was an amazing help! I can see why this place has such a good average in the reviews, he and his colleagues made it super fast and easy to get my car after my last one broke down! Thank you guys!) now I’m am getting increasingly disappointed, two weeks after purchasing my vehicle my transmission started slipping, not too noticeable at first, but now I can not even hit 2 rpm without my car trying to give out on me. On top of this I have a warranty, but Jeremy has not contacted me to set up an appointment to repair my vehicle. I have driven to Lakeside 3 separate times to try and resolve this issue, and every time I leave without an appointment or any course of action to progress forward with repairs.

I bought a truck from Lakeside and it went without a hitch. No run around, no hassle just straight up business. My salesman (Jose) went above and beyond for me and I had no problems getting what I wanted. So if you’re looking for a nice ride go check out Jose and Lakeside on Tejon he will get you straight.

I had a very pleasant experience buying a car from Lakeside last week and would recommend them to anyone seeking a low-pressure buying experience. There were no shenanigans: no “dealer handling fees”, no pushy sales people (David and Edward were very laid back and helpful - kudos to both!), and good communication. I’m very pleased.
