This was probably the quickest purchase I've ever made at a dealership and they were very upfront and helpful with all of our questions. Amazing customer Service and over all experience with Mile High!! This our 2nd purchase with them and the staff are always very curtious and professional. Definitely, go see our guy Christian! He is wonderful and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers!!

I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago, and while the buying process was positive, the experience afterward has been very disappointing. After the check engine light came on due to a coolant thermostat issue, I had the vehicle inspected by an independent shop. During that inspection, they also found clear signs of rodent contamination in the cabin air filter. These findings made me question how thoroughly the dealership inspected the vehicle before the sale. When I brought my concerns to the dealer, I was told there was nothing they could do to make it right by covering the repair costs. As a current service member, I had hoped that a veteran-owned business would be more willing to stand behind its vehicles and help resolve legitimate concerns. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this business, I strongly discourage you from doing so.

I want to give a shout out to Ryan, Dean and Ethan. Thank you for helping me buy my Kia today. This is the second car that I have bought from you guys. They are reliable, affordable, and I’ve never had problems with my vehicles. Thank you Ryan for making it an easy process, thank you Dean for making sure the price was right, and thank you Ethan for making sure it went smooth and hooking me up and actually getting me more for a lowered price. ( Hey Ethan you’re a cool guy, but you got to loosen up. You’re so serious about protecting your investments but you got to look at it as customers are making investments also into a long commitment.
