Olasewo Oyelola 5 months agoRoman sold me a beautiful blue Mercedes‑Benz, and the entire experience was genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He was fair, honest, and transparent throughout the process, making sure I understood every detail and felt confident in my decision. Thanks to his professionalism and dedication, I was able to secure a great deal, and I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service he provided. 5 Star Salesman. Appreciate you Roman!! Thank You!!!
Juliana Fanucchi a month agoI purchased a car from Springs Automotive in October of 2024. The initial purchasing of the car was easy and they were flexible with payment plan. Just don’t think they were as transparent as they could have been about the actual condition of the car. Not even a few months later my windshield wipers flew off while I was driving on Cimarron. I called the service center and they told me they would have to purchase wipers for the Audi and it would take a few weeks. I went to an Oreilys and they put on new wipers same day no issue. Couple months later, i was driving and my car alerted me the coolant was hot, ended up being completely empty. I brought it to service center and they ended up having to replace the water pump. February 2025 - I called service center to set up appointment for oil change, they suggested I bring it to a jiffy lube or grease monkey. I did and they were able to fill oil, but informed me they did not have the parts to replace old valve. About two months later car was leaking oil. I bring it into the springs automotive service center, gave it back to me saying it was fine to drive but they couldn’t find the oil leak issue and to bring it back later. So I did a month later because it was still leaking oil. They say they’ll add a dye to help find leakage. I go to pick it up and they said they couldn’t find anything again, but found axel that needed replacing so they did replace. Cars still leaking oil. I text service center stating the situation and my frustration saying I don’t know what to do other than bring it else where for repair. They say no and to bring it to them. They informed me about a valve issue and they replaced it. The next day it was still leaking. I brought it to a local mechanic who specializes in German made cars. They checked it and the report came back with the numerous repairs needed totaling approximately $3,000, with photos and details including the big hole where oil was leaking from. Torn bushings, had all 4 control arms replaced. Replaced oil separator and front upper timing cover. Front and back brake pads 5mm sensors about to touch. Also no front belly pan. The man who sold me the car was also unhelpful throughout this whole process. When I had to get my water pump fixed, I was in the main office and he saw me and stayed in the room behind the office. No acknowledgement. I had been told to stay in touch with him about car updates which I did via email. Never a response. This is my first car I saved up to purchase and it was more stressful than it needed to be. Just wanted to share my personal experience.
Keaton Matthews 2 months agoWonderful service! Needed a VIN check and they were so quick! Only took 15 minutes and was such an easy process. Mr. Nas was really helpful, kind, and fast with the service. Definitely recommend and would come back for other services
Local a month ago2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4x4 - P10342 - 81,3xx miles Brett, Grant, John, and Daniel, here’s your 1* review. I went to SAG to look at the Jeep above on 4/25/2026. I test drove it. Noticed problems. Wanted my mechanic to look it over next business day. I placed a deposit on 4/25/2026 and I requested for a refund of my $1,000 deposit on 4/27/2026 as I changed my mind and didn’t want this headache and didn’t receive a refund until 5/21/2026. With so many ghosted texts, and a few phone calls with excuses and run arounds, and false promises. Brett, as a used car salesperson I advise you not to talk about a vehicle you know nothing about. You made fictitious claims about who had it prior, the work you thought your company had done to it, where it came from, and then you give out your personal number and you just ghost people and don’t care to update them whatsoever when it comes to anything outside of buying a car you get paid to show people. Grant, as a Manager I advise you not to boast about your inspection practice on a car I found to be leaking power steering/brake fluid from and that shakes at 60mph, and then not to make up (legit but unrelated) excuses about your techs/mechanics having 400 cars to look at and missing some things on some cars (I was only interested in buying this car and your entire lot of inventory is irrelevant to me). And if I want to look at other Jeeps at other dealerships then no, you can’t persuade me to buy this Jeep on your lot, sorry. I weigh my options. You said something stupid like, “the car may rise in price by Monday” and I specifically told you that if it does that’d be dumb and I wouldn’t buy it. John, I advise you as a General Manager to be able to handle a refund request or even relay the process to someone if you’re on vacation and not excuse yourself from a problem I only sought a solution for. Daniel, whatever your title is (I stopped caring) thanks for finally getting me my refund, but keep track of who you’re contacting, who you say you’ll get back to, the importance of updating instead of ghosting, and understand the importance of me being patient for weeks on end. And SAG, as a whole, you had the Jeep for what, 30 days? You bought it from a dealership that had it for 60 days unsold, who they bought it from a different dealership who had it for a few weeks unsold. So for you to raise the price on this Jeep was such a used car lot thing to do after I was interested in it and I’m not surprised it’s almost been another month and you STILL have this Jeep on your lot. I will tell all of you that if I hadn’t received the refund by Tuesday, 5/25/2026 then I was gonna cut the BS and actually be angry and demand to talk with Guy Alldredge [owner of Colorado Springs locations] and provide him with a BBB complaint report number along with a police report number for theft of withholding the deposit with no progress of refunding it. Glad it didn’t come to that tho, huh? All it took was to ask for a refund like 5x overall and wait 26 days? Haha. Good times, boys. I will never recommend the Springs Automotive Group and will actively tell people to avoid you.
micro Graham 3 months agoAngel Noris at the Platte location was super great to work with. Very kind, low pressure, and knowledgeable about cars. I highly suggest asking for him if you're looking for a new-to-you car. Otherwise I thought I found the car I was looking for. I would've been willing to strech a little but there were just a few too many little things on that specific car. Its used cars though, thats how it goes sometimes. I think I just need to wait a little longer for "The one."
