John and the team were outstanding. The service was excellent, and they truly made the car‑buying process enjoyable. I was approved before I even arrived at the lot, and they made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. They encouraged me to explore the vehicles, sit in everything, and really get a feel for what I wanted. I used to think dealerships were intimidating, but they worked with me, listened to what I needed, and helped me secure a monthly payment that fit my budget. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m grateful for the way they took care of me. for me and it was all for a very white 2015 Mercedes CLS 400.

After checking out 2 other dealerships and getting the run around. I came down to auto X-Change and had an awesome experience. They had the car I was looking for at the right price. John the salesmen who helped me was extremely helpful, fun to chat with and answered all my questions. The entire experience with all of the staff was friendly and a quick experience. Glad to have supported them and will be sending friends and family to get their cars from John as well. Thanks for the awesome BMW Z4.

This entire team went well beyond my expectations throughout my entire purchase process. I live on Maui and they walked me through the purchase of a phenomenal vehicle, sight unseen. Their inventory is priced better than anything I could find on Maui, and their in-house auto body service department fixed all of my concerns, free of charge. Furthermore, they made shipping my vehicle easy and convenient. Even after the sale was complete, they stayed in touch regularly to make sure that the car was delivered without any complications. Paul is the salesperson that assisted me, and NG was my leasing agent. I recommend them both without hesitation!

I had a positive experience with this car dealer. They provided clear information about the car’s condition and pricing without any hidden charges. The staff were professional and friendly, making the buying process easy and stress-free. The test drive process was smooth, and all paperwork was handled quickly. Overall, a trustworthy dealership.

Got a car from them that has had no issues. The problem was their manners and being totally unreliable. In the contract was agreed that two spares parts will be fixed once they arrived. Never happened, contacted them 11 times, in person, messages and calls over a period of two months. Moreover I got a fine because it didn't have the safety check. They promised to handle it, I ended up having to go to court twice and paying it myself. Cero ethics, be warned that whatever happens to you dealing with them will not be fixed.
