We bought a vehicle from them roughly 2 months ago around 16k. First week the truck had a butt load of issues.Had to take it back to get it fixed by them. By the first payment on truck, the exhaust manifold goes out on left side. Had a mechanic get under there and tell us it’s definitely a lemon. Just beware if you’re dire straights just go elsewhere. This is not a place you want to deal with if you don’t have other options, was your only working vehicle, and have kids that depend on you to get them around. My husband has been trying to call and still can’t get anyone on the phone. At one point he was going to get a call back, but I’m sure they got super busy and were unable to do so. Not surprising as we were filling out the paperwork to get truck initially they kept sending people to voicemail while we were sitting there that were having car issues as well. Should have been the huge red flag to get up and go elsewhere. Other than the cat and the chickens going in and out of their offices☠️😂They have mechanics there and as with the issue with the first time it went in, it was stuff that was overlooked or they didn’t care about the quality of the vehicle but jacked up the price. On top of the really high payments, we had to have the truck towed twice in a 12 hour period as it completely shut down in morning traffic yesterday. Couldn’t even get it in to shift to pull safely to other side of road. Mind you 3 little kids in the truck as we were on our way to school. This is not connected the exhaust manifold this is a whole new issue. This place isn’t worth the headache and the thousands you will be out in fixing and towing expenses after you get in the vehicle in the first two months of having it. I bought a red 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4Door from Setran. I expressed an interest in it and asked him several questions about it and came to a reasonable price over the course of some time. He was consistent with communicating and he had mentioned a possible minor sensor issue with the vehicle without me having to ask. He said he would take care of it on the house if needed. I had a very positive experience with the purchasing process and would recommend him at the dealership!

HANDS DOWN the BEST car lot ESPECIALLY with BAD CREDIT. I was in desperate need for a vehicle with little money down and literally the worst credit. Cars for less had compassion for me and within 30min I got an APPROVAL. I was super discouraged because I just spent the whole day at big car lots getting told “NO can” left and right. Today I am picking up my new car with low miles,low monthly payments,low car insurance and accommodation to my FAMILY. Thank you NEGIN and your dad for giving me a second chance to reestablish my credit.

No ho’ohanana. Garbage. Don’t buy here. I originally gave a five star review. HOWEVER I have since learned different. I bought an $8,000 car from them. In the way home it overheated. I had it towed back and they fixed it. So I thought wow, these people are honest. Owner told me if I paid on time for six months I could “have any car on his lot”. So, for six months I paid $350 a month—- early every month — after my $2,500 down payment and literally 2k of repairs into the POS (I knew it was only temporary since I could trade it in after six months) so I stuck with it. When the six months was up it was a different story. Meanwhile the car is narely running. I asked to trade up. He told me the car wouldn’t make it another week (which he was correct) but that I need to quit “changing jobs every five minutes”. I literally got a job offer I couldn’t refuse after working at another place for six months. Meanwhile my credit had improved to a 650 from a 580 when I originally purchased it. I told him to run my credit. He said he didn’t want to “set of red flags” to the credit people and then told me come back in a month. Seriously???? You just said the car wouldn’t make it a week and now I’m to come back? How? On Da Bus? On my way out he told me to go online to fill out a new credit app. Didn’t you just tell me not to? The car I was looking at was 11k. The one he said I would t qualify for. So I left and went to windward Dodge and qualified for a 25k loan on a wonderful car with a warranty. Don’t go here. He’s a liar. He does not honor handshake and does not keep his word. No integrity.
