My experience with Hertz Car Sales was incredibly efficient. Dakota was knowledgeable and facilitated the fastest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. Unlike many dealerships, they respected my time and didn't push unnecessary dealer options. I’d certainly buy from them again!

I found a car I liked online and decided to go in person to check it out. Within 10 minutes of my inquiry, I was contacted by Richard and had an appointment set up. I went to test drive the car I found online but wasn’t sold on it. Richard was kind and patient and showed me six other vehicles and let me test drive them and provided me with all of the information I asked and some extra. There was zero pressure to buy and you could tell the entire teams focus was making sure the customer was comfortable and relaxed, which is exactly the experience I had. Joshua walked me through warranties and the provided coverage and explained everything very well. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and I could have walked away with a car that day but took the evening to think about it. Zero pressure or guilting from the team, which I greatly appreciated. By Thursday I was in and out within 2 hours driving my newly purchased vehicle. I will definitely go this route in the future when I’m looking to purchase another vehicle and will recommend to all colleagues and friends who are on island looking for a new vehicle. The Hertz Rent 2 Buy program is an excellent way to purchase one or more vehicles from their rental fleet as it allows a prospective client to try out the vehicle for up to 3 days and either buy or return the vehicle, no questions asked. All issues related to infant mortality (early component failures and malfunctions) and factory recalls have been taken care of so The 2023 Jeep Wrangler, I purchased , was in excellent condition as all suspension and drive train components were in pristine condition, attested to by my mechanic’ s thorough inspection and plmy 300 mile test drive. The Hertz vehicle maintenance team truly does an excellent job as evidenced by the mechanical and cosmetic condition of my purchase (Jeep Wrangler). This is probably the best way to buy a low mileage, well maintained, used vehicle - no used car salesman’s theatrics, gimmicks or pressure. Prices are as advertised, provide significant savings and all costs are listed up front. The sales teams at Hertz are professional and do an excellent job throughout the purchase process. This was my first purchase from Hertz and it certainly won’t be my last.

Awesome Deals all Day Long!!! Got to get a beautiful Jeep Compass with my daughter here. The sales Team are all so nice and accommodating. I had a great experience with Jonathan with picking out a car and seeing which one to get. Joshua in finance made the paperwork easy breezy. Much Mahalo Team
