Let me start by saying this wasn't the worst experience I've had at a dealership but was not a good one. This establishment does not like it if you do research on the vehicles you're looking at. The got mad that I Blue booked their cars and came in knowing the actual value of each one I wanted to see. The manager "Kurt" was very snobby and tried to make us feel like we weren't good enough because we weren't buying a 100k+ car. If you want to be respected as a human and a buyer DO NOT GO HERE, well unless you got a few 100k to spend.

Amazing experience from the Audi team, especially Scott. Very professional. Walked in on them without an appointment, and walked out with a different set of keys in less than 2 hours

My experience at Velocity Honolulu has been world-class! They provide an amazing lifestyle experience and services with a friendly Concierge staff at the front to greet all customers and visitors. After purchasing both a Jaguar SUV F-Pace Sport rt and 2022 Range Rover Sport, I've had the most difficult time with the service department for both vehicles. GOOD LUCK with trying to reach anyone there. I simply don't know where to begin, but I can tell you it is IMPOSSIBLE to obtain assistance from anyone in the Service/Parts department. Leaving messages is a WASTE OF TIME!!! No one takes your call, nor do they return them. I never had that experience with BMW, nor Mercedes. As a business man, it is imperative that I accommodate the needs of my clients, if only to return their calls promptly so they know I am aware of their interests in resolving an issue. Simple Business 101. I'm thoroughly convinced my business means nothing to Velocity, or should I say to their service department, which by all definition is an extension of Velocity. I suppose because there is no competition in Hawaii, Velocity acts on that fact, and the customer is inconvenienced. Lucky for me, we won't have to service our cars at Velocity ever again since we're headed back to Seattle. Unfortunately for those of you who wish to buy a vehicle from Velocity, BEWARE!!! You'll have to deal with their service department anyway. Just know what to expect, regardless of how much you pay for your car.

My wife and I recently dropped by Velocity for a visit during our vacation. Rosie Sanchez was absolutely wonderful to work with. She let us share photos & stories of our Ferrari adventures, gave us a tour of your facilities and made us feel totally welcome. She is a fantastic brand ambassador and deserves a raise. Thanks for investing in quality people to represent your organization.
