My S/O just purchased a car 24 hours ago and only drove it home. When I went to drive it for the first time today the sound that came from the car were absolutely horrendous. Mind you, at this point is hasn’t even been 24 hours of having the vehicle. Took to the mechanic and was told front breaks are completely worn, and back ones don’t have but maybe a month left. Called to have issue resolved and Cody handled everything completely unprofessionally. They weren’t willing to fix the issue and will be looking into what we can do on our and and possibly looking into an attorney as well. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Bought a vehicle from them. Had the vehicle for 12 days and the check engine light comes on. Called to see if they would fix the problem. I was told that I could have them fix it and they only pay 10% and I pay the rest. They don't even have their own service shop, so who knows how much that will be. Or go through the warranty I purchased. And they pay the $100 deductible. I might also add that the warranty company has a BBB rating of 1.5 stars. So needless to say I'll be paying for the already expensive vehicle to get fixed. Auto Infinity already got their money from the sale,so why should they care about their customers. My wife was going to buy a car from them to until this hassle. To anyone thats thinking about buying a vehicle from them, their vehicles are sold "as is" so if you want to take a chance on buying a vehicle that will break down in a few weeks that's the dealership to go to. Good luck! I just wanted to thank you guys for extra $2100 I had to pay the mechanic shop for a new cam and lifters. I'm sure you guys already knew that's what it needed. But that's what you guys do best. And earlier you said the warranty was explained to me, it was more like briefly mentioned. Hide behind that paperwork that I should have never signed.

Easiest car buying ever. Very helpful and quick answers. Car as advertised on car gurus. Was allowed to take for 1 hr to my mechanic. Great communication and lots of patience. Would definitely but from them again.
