We researched a lot of vehicles online before purchasing from CarMax. From the inital research to the time we drove off the lot, we had a wonderful experience. It was the easiest car purchase we've ever made. I highly recommend Tanzin. He was funny and had a great demeanor. He truly went above and beyond.

Stevie G. is by far the best employee/ salesman ever. From the beginning to the end, he was great. He did not try to over sell me and gave me good and honest advice. I left with a new car and a wonderful price on my trade-in. This is my second car from Carmax and Stevie G. helped me both times. 5star service hands down!!!!!

Had to sell a car. Received an offer from CarMax on Edmonds after reviewing car. Took vehicle to CarMax facility. Process to sell car was flawless. I accept the offer and was on my way home in 30 minutes. CarMax even schedules and paid for my ride home. Id definitely use them again!!

Worst place to trade in a vehicle. Super dishonest people. Was going to get the trade in back since they only offered my mom $200 for it and set up an appointment on Thursday at noon so she could resign the paperwork for the car she got and then cancel out the trade in and just pay the $200 difference. Talked to Mike and made that appointment and then come to find out the next day they rushed it over to the auction so they wouldn't lose out on trading the car for more money. So instead of honoring what they said that we could pay the 200 and get car back they lied. Would give them negative stars. They care more about money than customer service. They care more about money than being honest or trustworthy salesman. 200 for a running and driving vehicle is insane. Could literally scrap it at a junkyard for more. An honest salesman would have explained that and recommended keeping it. The trade in wasn't needed for a down payment. We put half the value of the vehicle down as a down payment... Just taking advantage of elderly who don't know any better. Sad when money takes priority over doing the right thing by people.

I went in there not knowing whether I was going to buy a vehicle, unsure of how my experience would go because I was going from dealer to dealer looking for a car I like. I ended up going online and reserving a 2023 Hyundai that was shipped here from Kansas City and the manager made it a priority to have it ready, inspected and cleaned as soon as it arrived. Andrew was great and made the experience super easy and hassle free. Will definitely be back for future purchases
