We came to Sanjay after my car was vandalized as he came highly recommended. First, his estimate got our car totaled by insurance. It doesn’t take a mechanic to see that what he was requesting was more than what the car was worth, and that his estimate far exceeded the genuine cost of the damages. He was just being greedy. So NOW, we have to pay $2,000 up front to even keep the car from being totaled. THEN, he sends us a new quote of $1,000, just to replace one passenger window and one fender molding. We said that’s too much, we will have to go elsewhere if that’s what you’re charging. At this point we have found service providers elsewhere quoting, combined, only $500 for the same services, PLUS a second fender molding. So we go to pick up the car, and as we’re leaving his employee stops us to say we have an overdue balance. Confused we ask for what, and he brings us a receipt for $150 + tax, for the ESTIMATE. Even his own employee was shocked saying he wasn’t aware they charged for estimation. Why would anyone pay $150 for an ESTIMATION, when there’s a million other places they could go for a free estimate? Again, Sanjay was greedily pulling numbers out of his behind. Extremely dissatisfied with our experience here, and regretting ever coming to Sanjay.

I was recommended through a family member. They were friendly, quick with repairs, and the prices weren't outrageous. I will recommend using their service in the future to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!

I had a very disappointing experience with Prime Auto Sale in Wichita. The owner, Sanjay, tried to charge me even though no actual work was performed on my vehicle. He did not repair anything, did not open the engine, and did not run any diagnostics. The issue with the car was clearly visible from the outside. When I questioned the charges and told him I would take my car elsewhere because I no longer wanted his services, he refused to release my vehicle. He then added more charges, claiming they were for the days the car had been sitting in the shop — something that was never clearly explained or agreed upon. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. I strongly recommend getting all pricing in writing before leaving your vehicle here. Based on my experience, I would not return. It’s a rip off.

The owner was very responsive and gave me a very competitive (cheap) price and did an amazing job repairing my car…also told me of 2 other issues that needed repairing and didn’t charge me for the labor on those. Also repaired my broken key for free. Highly recommend this place!!!
