They will sell you a vehicle, promise to call YOUR BANK. send out inquiries to 100 other banks damaging your credit. Then when you find the wheel well shroud is super obviously reassembled missing clips and cut in half, subsequently rubbing until destroyed. Call and tell them? They’ll say you can come in and pay them 165$ to tell you what you already see. I’m paying 400 out of pocket to fix a car with temporary tags. Make it make sense.

Definitely have been the worst experience I’ve had. If I could return the car and not have purchased from there would be the best thing could have happened. But capital one recommended them and definitely was the worse recommendation they have ever done. Purchased a vehicle with barely 100k miles on it and already having to put 600 into it for a motor mount that definitely should have been fixed from the beginning. Keep getting told they will work it out and I’ve already made first car payment and still want return calls back. Do not buy from them you will regret it

Ana did an amazing job got me in the vehicle I wanted, she was a go getter. She worked hard to make the process easy she always had a smile on her face. She made a game of going back to her home store to get the process moving!!!!

I purchased a car March 6 2026, the tire light was on in the car. I aired the tired up the next day the tire light was on again. I notified Carlos at the dealership on March 7th 2026. Carlos stated ok, I went to have the tire looked at they patched the tire up and looked at the other tire and it was messed up as well. I took a picture of the tire and sent it to Carlos and Adam. Adam stated he couldn't do anything about it until the financial paperwork was completed. The following week the air was not working. I called and told them. On Monday May 18th the car was dropped off to fix the tire,they called and told me all the tires was bad. I asked them that a huge safety concern and why did they sell me a car with the tires messed up and air not working. They stated they could fix the tires but I would need to pay of the cost to replace/repair them which is $450. I don't agree with this, seeing that the tires were damaged when they sold the car to me. So today I paid 395 for the tires and they didn't even do the alignment . Brandon the store manager didn't have any understanding at all. Yes I did contact the BBB. They agreed to fix the problem with no cost to me and when I brought it up to them ,they called Brandon from west st location and he refused to do my alignment and I still had to pay.
