I traveled from Texas to Omaha to purchase a Ford Transit from Quest Auto Sales, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Manny provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. He was responsive, helpful, patient with my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, but he made the experience smooth and comfortable. Scott in Finance immediately put me at ease as well. He was professional, straightforward, and kind — exactly what you hope for during the financing process. I’m very grateful for how well I was treated and would absolutely buy from Quest Auto Sales again. Highly recommend.

If I could give quest more stars I would! I was overwhelmed and stressed looking for a vehicle after my accident, until I walked into quest. Laura was nothing short of amazing! I wasn't sure what I wanted and wasn't set on really buying anything. She took her time with me and my father who was with. We had all of our questions answered with complete honesty, not once did we feel pressured. In past experiences you can tell when the nice is fake because people want to make a sale but not here! The whole staff was so welcoming and friendly and quite frankly we really enjoyed the process! A huge thank you to Laura, I now have a new a car and a new friend 😁

Went with a friend to look at a van and honestly have never had a better experience or fun time buying a car in my entire life. No pressures, just great, friendly service. I would definitely recommend these guys and I'm not even the one that bought the car but when I do get ready this is the place I'll go

This crew is friendly and helpful. I traveled 3 hours to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle is in fair shape, but has an issue I have to repair for it to be used effectively. I wish they would have been more honest about the issue; then I could have been better informed before driving 3 hours. I am happy with the purchase and will fix the issue

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional and easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and straightforward. There was no pressure and everything was explained clearly. I’m very happy with my vehicle and would definitely recommend this dealership!
