Fantastic service and an incredibly pleasant buying experience! The guys at Access Auto are thorough and honest. The inventory is solid with a good variety. They put the car up on a lift so we could inspect it, helped us find just the right fit for our family, and were more than fair in negotiations. 10/10. You guys knocked it out of the park!

Isaac and Marcus made the car buying process less stressful and did not feel pressured into buying a car. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Lexus es300h, a hybrid vehicle that is running flawlessly a year later. Marcus was transparent about the car mentioning a new battery (not the hybrid battery) was replaced and brand new from Toyota before buying. Isaac also allowed me to take the car into a mechanic for an inspection and the mechanic was impressed on how well the car was maintained being a 2013 hybrid. There are no issues with the car, the only thing that was not working was the blind spot monitoring which was mentioned by Marcus but using the mirrors properly, you don't need the blind spot system. Marcus was able to work with me and we were able to make a deal with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a used car as they are a trustworthy and family oriented business. Thank you access auto!
