We had a great experience. We found a very good condition Ford Explorer on Carfax and it didn't disappoint upon test-drive. It has a clean record and looks way newer than it is. We are very pleased and would buy another car from here.

OVERPRICED INVENTORY, QUESTIONABLE SALES PRACTICES and UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! One of the worst car shopping experiences my family and I have had. ERIC was cordial and sweet when we walked in, offering tinted windows and willing to work with us on our potential purchase. We quickly realized most their inventory is 10%-25% overpriced or above the local market value. BUYERS BEWARE! When we began to negotiate and ERIC realized we were a bit more educated on our purchasing decision… he suddenly became dismissive and less customer friendly. We left after signing all the paperwork on a deal we were able to negotiate down to a more far market price. Eric was NOT happy. We called back the next day to finalize our purchase, which we had signed all the paperwork and left a large deposit… suddenly we couldn’t get our car. Eric was dismissive, and extremely unprofessional over the phone, even having an entire side conversation with someone while my wife was speaking to him in the phone. Avoid this establishment if you can, you won’t regret it.

This dealership provided a smooth and stress-free car-buying experience. The staff were professional, honest, and explained financing, warranties, and vehicle features clearly. My car was delivered on time, spotless, and in perfect condition. Reliable, transparent, and customer-focused—I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Without a single doubt in my mind I recommend this place and Rocio. She was so sweet, helpful, and very intelligent. Leave it up to a woman to make everything better. Had awful experiences with past dealerships and I was so lucky to have her get rid of all of those. Quick and easy process, only thing that took long was on my own end with insurance and financing. She explained everything beautifully, made sure I knew what I was getting into and answered any questions with me being a young woman buying/financing my first car. I have a spare, jack, manual, an amazing dash cover, and an impressive service history. The communication Rocio kept with me left me with no worries and the previous owner was so helpful with servicing information. Last dealerships (Santa Fe Mazda, stay away!!) left me with nothing but hell; broken glove compartments, bashed up side mirrors, no information, no manual, awful cars they take back the day you take it home cause it stalls on the highway. I can without a doubt recommend this place. They also give you a free oil change coupon as well! This place cares more than others. It’s a business at the end of the day and everyone needs to make a living but I’ll definitely check this place out again in later years when I plan to upgrade and get a new car. The ONLY issue I’ve had so far was a dead battery, but I bought a new one at Walmart for $69, I came in and let them know of my troubles and they gave me the money back I spent on a new battery. A personal preference of mine with dealerships is being able to lower the price, but the prices here are set, no room for haggling which honestly.. for the amazing condition of these cars and the service they provide it’s very worth what you’re spending and I will NEVER regret this purchase. Thank you, Rocio, and the other employees that helped me.

High desert auto wholesale is great, very responsive and helpful. Eric made the sale quick and easy. I definitely recommend checking them out if you’re wanting to purchase a vehicle.
