About a month ago, I was in an accident. Insurance quickly decided the car was a total loss. The process of looking for a car—all of the small things I needed to line up!—was really stressful. But when I started discussing test driving the car I eventually bought with Dawn over text, I felt taken care of. I came in to M&F Auto Sales on Coors on a Sunday, a day a lot of folks have off, and Dawn was kind, respectful, and let me navigate the decision in my own way. Stephanie was straight forward, funny, and helpful, too. I had a great experience, and I’m loving the car!
