My experience with this car dealer was very good. The staff were polite, honest, and provided clear information about the vehicle’s condition, features, and pricing. Went to go look at a truck there I was interested in. Took it for a test drive and noticed it had some lag in the acceleration and I wanted to get it checked out at another shop before purchasing. They said "Sure... Not a problem." We had a day planned to have it taken to the shop and make sure it's okay. They never called or came through with the inspection.. I called with no answer back on the truck. They're probably just pushing broken vehicles and hoping nobody does inspections. BE CAREFUL Y'ALL! TELL EM YOU WANT THIRD PARTY INSPECTIONS.

I highly recommend buying a car from here. Customer service was amazing. There were some minor issues, but they took care of it right away no questions asked. Luis Responds right away I am very happy with my vehicle.

I purchased two great vehicles from Richie & Janette. I purchased a Toyota Highlander and a BMW X5 at low mileage and affordable price. Shopping for a good used car with my daughter! We were met with smiles & inquiring about what kind of vehicle she wanted & price she wanted to pay. Richi went out of his way to allow her to drive & ask questions about different vehicles. She chose a Camry & picked it up the same day after excellent detailing of the entire car. Oil change, new battery & a full tank of gas brought smiles to her face! THANK YOU, RICHI & his family (family business) for a wonderful buying experience!!!
