I was purchasing my vehicle from Las Cruces, NM to Albuquerque, NM, and he made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was professional, detailed, and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. I purchased a vehicle for my son from United Auto group. We went to look at vehicles on a Friday and had narrowed down to one that we really liked. I told the salesman we would be back on Monday to get an inspection done on the vehicle and purchase it. On Monday morning the salesman texted me to make sure I was on my way to the dealership. Upon arrival the salesman tells me that the car just got purchased by someone else. It was very frustrating that he can text me to ask of I will come to the dealership but not give me a heads up that the car is no longer there. That is shady used car salesman behavior at its finest. They do have a great inventory of nice cars so I was able to find another car that we liked and they were fair on the price when purchasing it. Once the car was purchased, I had to go back a week later to get the title and bill of sale from them. Would have been nice to recieve that the same day to save on trips back and forth. Unfortunately the dealership did not sign all of the necessary signatures for the dmv to transfer the title so yet again, had to go back to the dealership. Just be aware it is a used car lot and they like to play used car games. Over all I am happy with the dealership but could have had a better experience.

Easy process Mr Romero was great, I don't have the best credit and all I needed was proof of income and a down payment! It's great to know there's a place in Albuquerque that will get me on the road with a vehicle of my choice. Thanks Mr Romero and United Auto Group 🥳😁

United Auto was the best truck buying experiences I have ever had. The whole crew is amazing. I told them what I was looking for, Afif found it and Brandon made the buying experience second to none. Thank you guys and the whole team for helping me find the perfect truck!!!

i worked with brandon and he helped me buy my first vehicle and all i can say is 10/10 would recommend. He was honest and helpful through out the whole process, this dealership was wonderful to buy a vehicle from. Mr. romero was also the first person i spoke to about the vehicle and he also did and amazing job with answering my questions and was honest about pricing. I believe that honesty is rare now a days so i definitely would recommend this dealer ship !
