Disappointed. Bought a 2020 Kia Soul from the car lot. I was told everything is great and nothing needs done that it would be a great car. Turns out it is already a money pit. When I took it to get checked out my rear brakes are metal on metal and I have to get brakes and rotors. The tires were rated at a 1 in other words I shouldn't have driven it from Cleveland to Youngstown. I can't register the car because I was told it would be 10 days which is now 2 weeks. Nothing in the mail. So I spent over 600.00 on tires and they couldn't do an alignment because it needs a cam 🔩 bolt. The seats had covers when I removed the cover the driver seat has a huge stain on it. I am 68 years old and feel totally taken advantage of. I had to sell my late husband's guitars in order to make the purchase and borrowed a few grand from my daughter to make the purchase. This hurts my heart💔 that someone who said and promised everything was good with the car would out and out lie. Now I ask you how shady is that?

I bought my Terrain from here 3 or 4yrs ago and I wanted to give it time to make sure it wasnt a lemon and BOY was it not! Not only was the owner kind, but gives an amazing bargain, especially if you are paying cash. FOUR yrs and we have added 100k miles to it(business car cross state driving) and ZERO problems. We have only had to take care or basic maintenance. I will vouch for them for sure. Buying a used car is scary these days, but u can trust this business. I forgot his name but hes a stand up dude that sells quality cars. THANKS MAN! sorry for the late review. Me and my family appreciate u!

My elderly mother bought a minivan and was never given the car fax which showed it was having transmission issues and hence the reason they reset the check engine like the extended warranty company car stop provided at cost to her said it was pre existing and we have proof car stop bought it that way . They’re terrible con artists and not good people. Nothing has been resolved yet we hired a lawyer.
