Went to Sam’s looking for a car I could afford and they definitely made me feel comfortable not rushed very honest and helped me find something I could afford and safe for me n my children they made sure everything was good and it only took a hour to get me n my babies in our new car we love it. I definitely recommend going to Sam’s Auto you won’t be disappointed. Awesome people.

Man I can't say enough! The guy from the MetroPCS on west 136th Lorain sent me over here! So my son bought his first car and they took absolutely the best care! Customer service! Buy Here Pay here! NO INTEREST!! I can't say enough good things about sam and his car lot!

Sam is the most underrated, genuine, down to earth, helpful person in Cleveland. His worker helped us get in contact with him on a Sunday and he dropped everything to come and help me with something that needed immediate attention. I was visiting from New York When he heard that only his shop will help on a Sunday he didn’t hesitate. I knew we inconvenienced him so we wanted to pay him and he refused because his reward was to pay it forward. I’m happy to right this review and have told my family and friends about his services because he is a great man!!!!
