I came here looking for a car for my son. The persons in charge let me test drive multiple vehicles multiple times across multiple days until I was satisfied by one which I purchased. They were very transparent in showing me the history of every vehicle we looked at. They were also very understanding and helpful throughout the process. One thing that stood out for me was that they were not pushing for the sale. I was very happy with the overall experience. They made missing duplicate keys for the vehicle that I bought. On top of it, they also made duplicate key for my other vehicle for a very reasonable price. I had purchased it from a big dealer in Strongsville area, who didn't bother much after the sale!
