I had such an easy experience buying a car from Auto America! i worked with Randall and he made the experience so smooth. i was able to work with him through the phone and once i arrived he had my car and paperwork ready. i was in the store for less than 30 mins. & in LOVEEE w my new nissan altima. They worked with me in a down payment and i was rolling the same day! if you’re in need of a car, go here FIRST!!!

Hmmm! I’m glad I looked at the reviews. There’s a lot you can say about a company that never takes accountability. No customer service ever offered is perfect, but accountability goes a long way. Understandable that you will have customers that will screw up on payments and insurance and then come to reviews and blame the business. I’ve seen it happen often. But everyone who had a negative review wasn’t wrong. Sometimes it’s better to say “Hey, we didn’t do a great job with service with your business, and for that we apologize”. But on every negative complaint there is a reason that goes back to the customer, and not acknowledging that you may have been a part of the problem. I’m a small business owner myself, and I’ve had my share of issues, but I’ve always managed to handle business with the customer in mind. That’s how I’ve kept clients for 30+ years. So first let me start by saying I love my vehicle 😎 & also say that Shaun was amazing in the financial dept ✅✅✅✅ but let’s get to service dept 😤 that’s another story! I was told when purchasing my vehicle that any problems bring back & it would be a deal & not having to pay as much as other places & all imma say is that’s not true cause does $940 sound like a deal?????? Not only that but the service guy completely misdiagnosed my vehicle!!!!!! I had already Took my vehicle and had it put on a Machine before I called to bring it up here to get it serviced so I already told him what the Place prior told me what the issue was & he said okay he will check And call me back when he called me back. He told me that it was a oil pump that needed to be replaced & it would be $940 but they decided they would split the cost 🤨 still I wasn’t satisfied so I came & picked up my vehicle that I had towed up there that morning & drove it back to another shop & the new shop put it on a machine & it wasn’t my oil pump as I already knew it was a sensor that needed to be replaced 😡 & mind you the service guy at auto America wanted to keep my vehicle till Monday mind you I took it on a Monday so he wanted to keep my car all that time but the new place got my vehicle Monday about 5:30 pm why my vehicle was done Tuesday morning by 9 am & they replaced both sensors & I was only charged $335 bucks with a warranty on the sensors ✅✅✅✅✅ so again the dealership was great but the service dept sucks 🙄

Friendly, fast and forward service! I was able to finance a new car (after 6m of not having one) and purchase “full-coverage” insurance. What a blessing, on this beautiful Monday — I am very thankful and highly recommend this location. Ask for Randall!

Great experience! Just purchased a Traverse! Randall was AWESOME! Sean in Finance was great as well! Everyone was very professional and after weeks of looking for a vehicle I left here VERY SATISFIED! They went above and beyond! Definitely a 10/10 Highly RECOMMENDED
