Bought a Highlander today from elite motors. Purva was very friendly and accommodating and negotiated a reasonable price for our new car. Update less than a day later : about 10 minutes into driving the car off the lot, The stereo screen started glitching. I reached out to purva to inquire about fixing this, he recommend to remove and reinstall the battery cables to see if that fixes the issue. I done that even cleaned the connections and it did not. I am very disappointed about this as the listing for the vehicle stated everything works on the vehicle as it should. I specifically bought the highest trim for this model and paid cash upfront for the vehicle. I reached out yesterday at 4pm and this morning as well to see what Elite Motors can do to fix this and have not received a response. Therefore I have to temporarily change my rating because of this. I am optimistic that Purva reaches out and gets a solution in place for this issue. Will update my review hopefully once the issue gets resolved. Update 2: Purva reached out at 8:30 this morning and said he would help get this resolved. Awaiting to hear back on a solution Update 3: I have to change my rating to 1 star, Purva has still not taken care of the radio situation, and a tire light that he claims came from a low spare tire will not go off despite all of my tires being inflated properly. So I also have a tpms sensor going bad. With no results this long later I will not buy any more vehicles from Purva and reccomend you to bring a certified mechanic before you make a purchase from here -Jacob

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m so frustrated with Purva that I feel like I need to do that. I call in the morning to go see a car in the afternoon. Purva told me that the car was running and driving that it drove really well that they had just performed a bunch of maintenance services. I was ready to buy, cash in hand. I drove all the way there (6+ hrs round trip) to find them still working on the car (putting a new thermostat). They told me it’ll be an hour so I waited, but then they called me and told me that the car wouldn’t be ready that night. That if I wanted I could go back in the next day. Keep in mind that he said on the ad that the thermostat was done, but when I got there, they had just started doing it. Literal waste of time. The car was also in a significantly worse condition than the pictures. The paint of the car was very bad (clear coat was peeling), the headliner was hanging. AND they were acting as if this was the first time they were seeing these issues. Please beware of whatever he said has been done to any of the cars. It’s probably a lie. Bring a trusted mechanic. Don’t let them scam you.

I have been referred to Elite Motors by a friend and I could not speak higher of them!! Both German and Purva are amazing - they have worked on multiple cars of mine - very efficient, does high quality work, great communicators and competitively priced. Couldn't recommend enough!! Very happy so far

Purva is the best, my car was having problems wouldn’t even drive and he found exactly what was wrong with my car and he’s very knowledgeable and changed my fuse box and my coolant leak and did a very good job and he’s very kind, professional and good communication updating me on everything and got the job done fast and good price! Will definitely come here every time I need anything!

Our favorite Odyssey minivan crossed 100k miles and was in need of major service including timing belt replacement. The honda showroom quoted nearly $4,800 which was very expensive. At some point, we even thought of selling the van but we have so much memories associated with our kids. I got Elite motors contact through a friend of mine and initially I was hesitant to get my car service done from a private workshop. But I must say, Mr. Purva welcomed me in a friendly way and gave me confidence that they will address all the issues for almost less than $2,200. It was a very surprising deal and I didn't believe it. He sent me a detailed quote for each concern, including some electronic issues with the scary dashboard lights. I made a decision to go with him and perhaps, I made a good one this time. Mr. Purva and his team really did an awesome job on our minivan and I was very happy with their work. But after driving 2 days, there was some noise from the engine side which was not there earlier. I called him again and went to his repair shop. They tried to troubleshoot and fix. But again, after 2 days, the noise started coming. This time, they did ride with me for about 10 miles and made sure what the actual issue is. He promised to fix the issue and now my minivan runs like butter smooth. During these issues, Mr. Purva was very professional, friendly and confident of fixing the issues. He even promised that labor is guaranteed for six months and any other issues, he welcomed me to contact. Absolutely great customer service. Thank you so much Elite motors team! Keep up the great work.
