Unfortunately I couldn’t post my full experience on here. Please review in my attachments At this point, I decided I no longer wanted to do business with this company. I informed them they could come pick up the vehicle. The amount of money I was putting into this car simply did not make financial sense. Because of the consistent rudeness and lack of professionalism I experienced in person, over the phone, and through messages I ultimately chose to end my relationship with this company. I take full responsibility for my decision. No one forced me to move forward, and I should have taken more time, done more research, and trusted my instincts. I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid making a similar financial mistake. I understand that some people may be in difficult financial situations or feel limited in their options, as I did. However, committing to a high-cost loan for an older, high-mileage vehicle can put you in an even worse position financially. Take your time, do your research, and explore all available options. I do not recommend this place.

Heaven-sent! Milton was by far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, I felt completely taken care of. He genuinely listened to my concerns and was kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. On top of that, he even helped me find better insurance rates. Thanks to him, I drove away in the truck I wanted at a fantastic price. I would absolutely give Crown Auto a 10/10 and will definitely return!

My wife and I bought a Jeep SUV from Milton, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was honest, professional, and straightforward. He never pressured us or came off pushy. He made both of us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, and treated us with respect. Milton was genuinely nice and easy to work with. We both appreciated how smooth the process was. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle and plan to do business with him again. Everyone at the dealership was also friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression.

Nah. This place is terrible. Don't get no vehicle from there. If I could give a ZERO STAR, I would.... 2/21/26: Purchased an SUV. Gave a good review. Drove off the lot, two hours later rhe battery died. They put GPS trackers on their vehicles, the trackers will drain the battery. They did good with replacing, cool. 2/23/26 thru 3/2/26: Finance issues led to the SUV being taken back and held until resolved. 3/9/26 thru 3/31/26: Truck broke down. Company/Warranty (they're the same people) said it was sensor issues. Truck was taken to a dealership for replacement/repair, who said a bad fuel pump. Apparently there was a disagreement between the two garages that caused my truck to be held for a while. Do you see the dates this happened? THAT'S HOW LONG THEY HAD MY TRUCK!!! After complaint that this is unusual problem (vehicle needing repair less than 30 days after purchase) and unreasonable holding time was creating adverse affects, they agree to a loaner; and even THAT VEHICLE gave problems! Check engine light showed a tune up was needed and the oil life was at (no surprise) 40%. 4/27/26 (TODAY): It has been 27 DAYS since the truck was 'fixed' and returned, and I found myself sitting on the side of the road AGAIN. Lights this time (battery light and FEB light at the same time) shows a failing alternator....because the only other possibilities include a bad battery or bad sensors. Only its after hours so guess who can't get help until the morning? Do yourself a favor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
