I purchased a 2015 Ram 3500 from Auto Kingdom on October 15, 2025 for $31,485, with 141,139 miles and $3,000 cash down. Before purchase, I specifically asked the salesman (Max) if the truck had any mechanical issues and was told there were none. On the drive home the same day, the truck had severe shaking at highway speeds (65 mph+), and the Service 4WD light came on. We contacted the dealership immediately but they were closed, so we left a voicemail and followed up the next day. When we brought the truck back, staff were dismissive and blamed the shaking on oversized tires, which is inaccurate — we have owned many vehicles with oversized tires. After keeping the truck for several days, they said they “couldn’t find anything wrong” and returned it to us. Over the next few weeks, the shaking progressively worsened, becoming noticeable even at lower speeds. On November 20, I was contacted by Auto Kingdom and was threatened with repossession if the vehicle was not immediately registered — despite being issued a 45-day temporary plate. I asked for written confirmation that I had reported the mechanical issues multiple times and received no response. Due to safety concerns, the truck was parked. When my husband attempted to move it a week later, it shifted violently into drive, the check engine light came on, and the truck went into limp mode with a transmission fault. An independent mechanic later found evidence that a tuning device had been removed, making diagnosis more difficult. We have already spent over $1,000 on parts and labor, with additional repairs still not guaranteed to fix the issue. We are now stuck with a loan on a broken truck. Based on our experience, Auto Kingdom was dismissive, unresponsive, and misleading regarding serious mechanical problems that were present immediately after purchase. I would strongly advise others to have any vehicle from this dealership independently inspected before buying.

My dad has been wanting a Diesel Nissan Titan forever and finally found one. We traveled 3 hours to come test drive it and he was instantly sold on it. We worked with Michael, who was AWESOME! Excellent customer service and he was super pleasant to work with. My dad is SO happy and the truck looks so good!
