This is the second car I have bought at this location. I have always had a pleasurable experience working with everyone in the building. My sales representative was so nice and communicated with me daily as my car was being shipped. I was able to see my car before purchasing and made sure it was everything I wanted after shopping online. During this experience I was able to be in and out signing paperwork and working with the financial department was just as smooth as all the rest of the services provided. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to return if I ever need another vehicle.

I had a great experience at CarMax getting my dream car, an Audi Q3. The whole process was smooth and much easier than I expected. Eric was really helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through each step and made sure everything made sense along the way. I never felt pressured and he was always happy to answer questions, which made the experience feel relaxed instead of stressful. I’m so excited about my new car and really appreciate how easy the whole process was.

I bought my 2024 Toyota RAV4 on March 13th from Carmax on 3/13/26. Great with 18K miles. Cancelled the extra warranty on 3/15. Paid the car off on 3/27. All great experiences. Brought in a friend to purchase a late model Toyota RAV4 as well, but, your stock that day was very low like only three or four vehicles that fit her needs. Thank you for having what I needed!

Needs more 5 star reviews. Both the sales and service center are UNBELIEVABLE. I’ve never experienced the level of customer service I’ve had here. I wish I could list everyone’s name I’ve worked with, but I can’t remember. Maher sold me my car - thank you. Sam serviced it to perfection - thank you. John’s always great, always remembers me. And a few other people do too, every time I’ve come in. This is the second car I’ve bought from them, and I will ALWAYS use CarMax. They’ve secured a lifetime customer. The only experience I’ve had at a dealership was at Carolina VW across the street and the sold me a lemon. CarMax always takes care of me - I have referred all of my friends, and two of them have already purchased from CarMax, and received the same level of care and satisfaction.

Vehicle inventory/descriptions allow for many options/comparisons to pick from. Easy to find a dealership near me and find out if they have a vehicle in their inventory I want to drive. For me I test drove the model I was interested in, at a store near me. Then was able to ship a vehicle from a store in my region for a reasonable price. Communication via my salesman was great. Paperwork/progression was quick/easy compared to conventional dealerships. I like the option of adding an extended warranty. This is my 3rd purchase from Carmax. I highly recommend them!
