My wife and I were looking for a used Buick Enclave. During our search we found one at Hi-Line Autohaus. We had never been there before but saw it was family owned. The Enclave they had on the lot matched what we were looking for and had good reviews so we made an appointment to look at it. Well the reviews were correct. We worked with James and he was very pleasant, not pushy like you see at some of the big name dealerships. He told me they operate similar to carmax, no haggling. All of my questions were answered and what he could not answer he walked me over to the service department so I could hear first hand what they did to the car after they purchased at an auction. Only been 3 days so far but the car runs very smooth and is exactly what we were expecting. James and the head salesman thanked us many times and advised us at anytime we have a question to not hesitate to call. Overall we were very happy and would definitely go back again in the future. It's nice to do business with a small family owned dealer.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our Range Rover from Hi-Line Autohaus! From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. James, our salesman, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured, which we really appreciated. Phil, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make the process easy and ensure we were happy every step of the way. Carl in the business office was beyond helpful in guiding us through decisions on our down payment and extended warranties, all while helping us get to a monthly payment we felt comfortable with. What really stood out to us was how personal the experience felt. Even in a large city like Charlotte, Hi-Line Autohaus gave us the feeling of working with a family-owned business rather than being just another number at a big dealership. We highly recommend Hi-Line Autohaus to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. We couldn’t be happier!

I recently bought a vehicle on 2/21 and the entire experience was incredible. The owner was very accommodating and a great person to work with. He genuinely cares about the experience for the customers. The saleswoman, Solimar, I had was also incredible. She was walking back and forth trying to make the process as quick as possible and helped fix minor details with the car. Finally was the finance manager, Carl. Carl was a fellow watch enthusiast and made signing very understandable and quick. I greatly appreciate this dealership and I can say they definitely have earned my future business. Thank you Hi-Line! Love the vehicle!

Big shout out to The Hi Line Autohaus team! From the beginning Solimar was able to answer all questions that I had. She did follow up calls and sent photos and videos of the vehicle. Buying from out of state can be tough but with her great customer service, I felt comfortable. Took the 3 hour drive up here to settle the deal and meet the rest of the team. Carl, Phill and JaJa, assisted further with adjusting to my first EV and confirming that I made the right decision. Thankful for the experience.

I had a great experience today purchasing my new BMW X2. From the beginning Jay was extremely personable and Carl helped answer a lot of the questions I had. They were never pushy and I never felt pressured into a deal I wasn’t comfortable with. The whole process took about two hours, from walking in the door to test driving, finance and detailing. I would recommend them to anyone in the market of purchasing!
