Best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Cody, was great and very friendly. The dealership is beautiful. We were able to discuss numbers prior to my arrival. The dealership offered me a very fair trade in value before I arrived. Their car was priced very fairly. The vehicle I came to see was out front and spotless when I arrived. Financing was extremely fast and painless. I think I was in and out in 2 hours. I love my new vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I had an outstanding digital car-buying experience with Alfa Romeo of Charlotte. I reached out through their AI agent on a Sunday night, and the on-desk team responded within 30 seconds. After a couple of questions and some urgency, I was promptly forwarded to Colton Tannenbaum. He took my needs and said he get with me first thing in the morning, which he did. We completed the entire process in 24 hours via text and e-signatures. Their internet-advertised price was so good that I didn't negotiate the price. I did go back and forth on my trade-in and excellent communication throughout. So in the end, buying a car all digital, sight unseen, and doing a lease and trade-in was great. Loved it and gave Colton crap the whole way through cause we made it fun. Highly recommend working with Colton! Oh, and to top it off - he delivered the damn car to Raleigh for me.

Just took delivery and the guys at Foreign Cars Charlotte are top notch. Colton, Pierre, Joe, Tony & Luis were top notch. Best delivery experience and really feel like a VIP with these guys. No funny business and great high end car experience! Had us in and out very quick and took time to answer every question I had. Amazing Experience and love the Ferrari!!! Couldn't be happier!

Talk about a dealership that doesn't want to sell cars. Was looking to buy a Mclaren gt, and after a week of speaking to a particular salesmen, telling them approvals and funds are arranged, and i am highly interested in buying this car over the others i was negotiating, this person kept telling me they will do things they NEVER did. I was speaking to this salesperson daily, but wasn't given the inspection report on the vehicle i was promised, wasn't given the quotes for window tinting or getting a ppi done that i was told multiple times, would be sent. I worked with 2 other dealerships and managed to get a deal prepared in less than 4 hours, and these guys couldn't even get something put together in 1.5weeks for a customer who was ready to buy. Pathetic. You look to buy a $150k+ car and they treat you like you're buying a chevy.
