When I arrived at the Hertz car sales location on East Independence Boulevard, I was greeted by not only a fleet of well maintained, versatile vehicles but two amazing staff members-namely Mr. Jeffery Jones and Ms. Tanisha Hampton. These two individuals specifically were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for the sales transaction. The car sales representative Mr. Jeffery Jones, was very helpful and methodical with a most calm and friendly disposition. He gave sound, practical advice. Ms. Tanisha Hampton, the financial advisor was super efficient with an infectious, positive energy. Her bubbly and warm demeanor instantly made me feel right at home. She too, was most efficient and gave me flawless guidance and made the entire process smooth. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location as the team members do excellent work and conduct business in a safe environment. Thank you again Jeff & Tanisha for such a wonderful experience!

I would like to start off by saying that I wanted to wait 3 months before doing a review on this company due to the fact that I have had issues with cars in the past, So I wanted to wait to see if I would have any and turns out I don’t. I purchased this car (2024 Nissan Sentra) on October 16th, 2025. My salesperson by the name of Demetrius was awesome. He was efficient, understanding, patient, and very friendly, He made sure that I was statisfied with my purchase. I have had my eye on this car for months and I was hoping that it would still be there once I was ready to make my purchase and it was. Hertz cars are very affordable & reliable. I was told that they do not sale any cars lower than the year 2022. So, I think this was perfect coming here because I wanted somewhat close to a brand new vehicle. I even traveled to Mississippi and back for Christmas, with no issues at all. Now, that I am back I still have no issues. I love my car! THANK YOU!

This dealership is the best one in Charlotte, NC if you're searching for a used car with low mileage and very competitive prices, and a large selection. The staff is extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hertz Car Sales to all my friends and relatives. I'm thrilled with my 2023 Nissan Rogue and I'm 100% sure I got the best price, period.

Overall good experience with Rebecca, Victoria and Paul. We went to 2 other major competitors of theirs, within 4 miles of Hertz and no one even spoke to us, this was on a Saturday. We asked for help at the competition and they told us we had to set an appointment. We were a cash sale on a 2025 Hyudai. We saw the sales manager on the lot at Hertz who was inspecting cars, and she walked right over to us, and assigned a very good salesperson that sold us a car! It's nice to get noticed like your business means something to them. I would recommend them!

Sadiyk and Rebecca were both amazing. I let them know what I needed, how much I wanted to pay and how much I had for a down payment and they got me right into the car that I loved! 10/10 highly recommend!
