Wow just wow. This place is great!! My bf and I recently bought a car from these guys and the customer service was top notch. We went to several other places shopping around, and Journey was by far the most welcoming and accommodating! This family owned business made our car buying experience easy and fun. From the moment we stepped on the lot Tucker greeted us and made test driving a few cars a breeze. Jacob was ready and available over the phone at all hours throughout our process. He went above and beyond to insure we had everything we needed to complete our purchase. Scott was friendly and gave great recommendations for future car care. If you’re looking for an open and honest used car buying experience this is THE place! Very upfront with all info. Jacob was honest and helpful. The older gentleman was very friendly and kind and made sure we were satisfied with the entire experience. They were zero pressure, fair negotiators, and had quality cars on their lot. We drove 5 hours to shop here and left with the car we wanted for a great price. They even stayed an hour after close to put it up on the ramps so we could make sure everything was taken care of. So glad we made the trip. Thank you Journey Auto Sales!
