Came to buy a car from this car lot because It was recommended by a close friend and when we get there the guy who runs the place name Hans tells me he has the car that I emailed him about, however I asked him to show me several cars or suvs that are under $6000.00. He points out several, then I ask him can me and my faniky test drive them, the guy says we can look at all of them and you can pick the one that you like and then buy that one. I said are you telling me we can’t test drive the 3 cars and he says NO, this is how we sell cars. Ok, wait a minute, you want us to just look at the cars on the lot and pick one, drive it and buy it!!! Smh, so if we don’t like the first one, we can’t purchase any!? He goes on to say this is how I sold it to your friends, which i know can’t be true! I told my family let’s go, and he is definitely not a good salesman or person! We have never experienced anything like this and I sold cars and was a finance manager for over 10 years and would never treat a person or people the way this gentleman did, and his attitude was horrible!! This guy said we can only pick one car, drive it and if we decide to go with a different car we cannot drive it, WOW. Please do not spend your time or money with this car lot. Sad, because I normally would never put a review like this on any company but this car lot and manager/sale person was down right nasty. I would give him no stars if I could! SMH, and again he is such a liar, I told him to show me the cars under $6000.00 and asked him can we drive the 3 cars, and his response was pick one and you can only drive that one!! I had to edit this response because I could not respond to his lies! What a despicable person! Sad! Have a good day sir.

I don’t normally speak negatively about anyone, but I need to be honest about my experience. I was sold a vehicle that has had problems since day one. I even took it to the mechanic that was recommended and spent additional money trying to fix issues, yet the car still broke down within the first week. After driving less than 100 miles, the check engine light came on. That raises serious concerns for me. It makes me question whether the issue was temporarily cleared before the sale. I’ve invested a lot of money trying to repair this vehicle, and when I reached out, I was told it was sold “as is.” While I understand what that means legally, selling a vehicle with known issues and not being transparent about it is disappointing. I didn’t pay attention to previous reviews at first, but now I understand why others shared similar concerns. I just want others to be cautious and fully informed before making a purchase. And I never drove this vehicle for Uber service I never drove it out of Charlotte haven’t had it long enough because it stayed broke down water and it was running the second week. I got it out the shop that you referred the mechanic tbroke down next day

This place sold us a great automobile. The car is in great condition and is easy to handle. When purchasing a used car, you always question if you're getting a decent deal or a lemon. Our experience was fantastic. I'm grateful!

Hans was amazing to work with! He made the whole buying process an ease. Very personable and didn't force us to look at anything that we didn't want.
