JaLisa Carter 4 months agoI absolutely love my car I got from ARJ’s. I appreciate how Scott was willing to work with me and didn’t bs me and just put me in what he wanted to sell. I also liked how Mac was knowledgeable and was willing to find the answers to my questions he didn’t know off hand. Overall great experience hands down and would recommend them for sure!! They made my experience easy and smooth. Thank you! I love my Hyundai!!
juanita davis 2 weeks agoAfrican-American and I went on a test drive with my husband the other day and with her son who is under two years of age. A salesman was a Caucasian and he told me and my husband who are both African-American that we were not allowed to drive the vehicle. They don’t take people’s drivers license anymore because he had had a couple of thefts and then he’s told us that one of us would have to stay behind with our child and the other one could test drive a car and he would ride along upfront so that turned me off after that I really wasn’t hearing too much more of what he said. It seemed to me as if it could possibly be racial profiling. As dealership policy so anyway we did get in the vehicle. We took it for a test drive. He did not allow us to go very far. I think we went to West 45th or 46th St. went up to West 98th and had to come back when I got in the car, he told me to book a lot. He told me to adjust my mirrors. He told me not to go too fast. The whole thing was insulting, as if I did not have common sense as far as how to operate a vehicle safely and then my husband used something called FIXD to see if anything was wrong with the vehicle and several calls came up. I believe a total of five but interesting enough. Nothing showed up on the panel of the vehicle that we tested, which was a Toyota sienna they had two a red one and a white one the one that came up with the codes was the red sienna but the paddle didn’t light up, which I thought was interesting to say the least we kept getting pressured, especially me more than my husband to talk about what was going on with the sensors popping up so that didn’t make me feel comfortable either . I thought it was unprofessional and I thought it was just insensitive as a person that deals with the Public do better and make sure that if you’re going to show people vehicles that the control panel and the sensors are working properly and I do find it interesting that the Dashboard I keep calling the control panel I s did not light up, but the codes were detected??? . We ended up going out to a place and I believe it’s East Lake Ohio. It’s called nice car rides professional Service the man was really nice, cars were clean 90 day warranty and that’s another thing. There was no warranty but the dealer that I’m right, this review on the cars were being sold as is I believe that if you were going to put your name on something you should stand behind your work. I don’t see why person would not want to especially with the expense of a vehicle to me that would show that you stand behind your work so again I’m giving a shout out to the dealership in Eastlake. Cars were clean. Cars were working properly good looking on the exterior no problems with coodes coming up detected on the dashboard. Just everything was just so professional so warm so welcoming and I would tell anybody to go there and buy a vehicle.
