Went in to look at a car for my 16 year old and walked out with a car within an hour. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time and Jason at Montrose Auto Outlet made it the fastest and easiest experience I’ve ever had. No back and forth bs. Told him what I was there for and he was there to take care of me. Will be back again specifically for him.

Contacted Montrose about a car listed on Car Guru. The dealership is about 3 hours from me. I requested an appointment and was quickly contacted by Jason who sent me a video of the car. It was exactly what I was looking for. I made an appointment to meet with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I opted for the crystal protection kit and wasn’t able to take the car that day but they offered to deliver it so I didn’t have to drive back. Overall I’m happy with the experience and I love my new car.

I have been around Volvo's my whole life. I come from a family of Volvo owners dating back to the 30's. I spent my single digit years passing my dad wrenches while he worked on his wagons. When I knew I was ready to make the switch to that family car I knew I would come home to I did my homework. I test drove multiple vehicles and checked out multiple dealerships. Over a few months I was just not finding what I wanted, whether it was the sales person telling me the cars were still made in Sweden or the cars just not feeling like they were "it". I finally landed at Montrose and as soon as I walked in I met Jason and spouted out everything I was looking for. Jason kept up, he didn't bat an eye.Jason listened and he understood where I was coming from. Jason was able to finalize the deal I wanted and also gave me the value of my trade in I was looking for as well. This was the smoothest car buying process for me. Thank you !! I love my car!

Jason was super knowledgeable around the car we were looking at and answered all the questions we had. He helped through the whole process and allowed us to secure what we came for. This dealership helped in more ways than selling a car. He also helped entertain our kids by providing popcorn, Gatorade and cartoons for them in the lobby. Full service dealership with polite staff. Highly recommended!
