Jerry Gold 2 weeks agoI found them to be very honest and trustworthy. Considering that the vehicle I purchased was 17 years old, they took safety very seriously and replaced many parts under the vehicle without charging me a penny more. Following this, they let me bring the vehicle to my own mechanic for a high end inspection. When some safety issues were discovered, they went above and beyond to repair those issues to the best of their abilities. They only charged me for parts, but not for labor. And even for the parts, they only charged me cost price, which my mechanic couldn't beat.
Koryn Ackley 6 months agoI'm writing this so other buyers can make an informed decision before buying here. I bought a used 2011 Chevy Malibu from this dealership with a $7,000 loan. According to Kelley Blue Book, the car's value is only around $3,100. Information I only learned after the fact, after buying the car because I really needed something for my job. Within less than a year of buying the car, I had put approximately $2,000 into repairs for the control arms, just to make the vehicle safe to drive, and now the entire engine has blown-a catastrophic failure that makes the car unusable unless I pay thousands more. In total, I've spent thousands of dollars on repairs on top of the purchase price, and I'm still left with an undrivable vehicle and a large loan balance, less than a year after buying it. At no point during the sale was I warned that the car was at risk of this level of mechanical failure or that these issues were likely or imminent. If anything, I had brought up some concerns about the vehicle to their so called "mechanics," and I was reassured and dismissed that the vehicle was fine. Clearly, it was not "fine." This has had a serious impact on my finances and my ability to get to work and take care of my responsibilities. I trusted this dealership to sell a car that was at least reasonably safe and roadworthy, and that trust turned out to be misplaced. I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience because I wish someone had warned me. Please do thorough research, and think very carefully before buying here.
Evan Shammot a month agoSold a car held together with bondo and self tappers. Car has to have atleast a dozen accidents, every panel has had a different repaint, car has different body lines on either rear quarter. Rear bumper bulges out 2.5" past the tail light on the passenger side but is flush on the driver's side. Front bumper is held on with an assorted mixture of self rappers, random undersized/broken clips and hopes and dreams. Cant imagine this is the only car on their lot that is dressed up to look in half decent condition for some unassuming buyer at a 27% apr. Id stay away unless you had a car properly inspected by a mechanic prior to purchasing.
Civilians AgainstViolence 3 months agoMy organization has purchased two vehicles from this dealership. We are very happy with both vehicles, and with the service provided. We’ve already got our eyes on vehicle number three. I highly recommend this dealership.
Cornelius Durden 6 months agoI want to formally address a serious issue I experienced during my recent interaction with your dealership. Before proceeding with the credit application, I specifically asked whether my credit would be run as a hard inquiry or a soft inquiry. I was clearly told by Jim that it would be a soft pull only, and that only TransUnion would be checked. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. However, approximately two weeks later, I discovered a 54-point drop in my credit score due to a hard inquiry that was placed without my informed consent. This was extremely concerning. When I reached out to address this issue, I was told, “Well, that’s crazy, but you did sign our credit application and it states we can run your credit however needed.” This response completely ignored the fact that I was explicitly told the inquiry would be a soft pull, which directly influenced my decision to proceed. That is a clear misrepresentation of the process. To make matters worse, Jim then stated, “I don’t know where you’re going with this call,” and suggested that I contact the credit bureau myself to dispute it. This response was dismissive, unprofessional, and avoided accountability for the misinformation provided. At this point, it feels like anything was said simply to move forward with the sale, regardless of accuracy. I cannot speak for everyone at the dealership, but based on my experience, Jim acted dishonestly, and his actions resulted in real financial harm to my credit. Looking back, I regret not paying closer attention to an earlier red flag — a female customer at the dealership who was actively complaining that her vehicle had been towed after only three days of ownership. Unfortunately, my experience now reflects similar concerns regarding transparency and customer treatment. I am extremely disappointed and expected far better honesty and professionalism. This situation should never happen to a customer who clearly asks for clarification and relies on the information provided by a salesperson. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
