I met with Deven to see about getting a car for my trade in. He got me in a wonderful 2016 Ford Escape with only 63000 miles. My old car was falling apart and the transmission was going out. This is a big upgrade from that. He definitely exceeded my expectations and provided polite and respectful service. Thank you!

The prices are definitely worth it, and Chuck is always helpful. They also make sure you get things like gap insurance and other coverage options, which I really appreciated. I gave 3 stars because my check engine light came on just a week after purchasing the car. I’ve been back twice to talk about the issue and felt like I was brushed off. I understand what comes with buying a used car, but it turned out to be a catalytic converter issue — and this is my second car from Patriot Auto, so I didn’t expect to have a problem so soon. I even referred other people to buy from them, so it was disappointing to have this experience. Overall though I love my car and grateful.

Chuck and Cory and team are great to deal with. They work hard for you to get what you want. From Sales to Service (which their service department now offers American First Finance a 100% Parts an Labor option for you to get your car repaired), this compliments the sales department and all their options. Go see them for a a great buy on your new vehicle or keep your current one top shelf!

Chuck is a great guy and has all types of vehicles for a great price! Just got my first car from him and I am very excited and pleased. Did I mention he gave me a free oil change and serviced it. Definitely will be coming back again!
